Knights for Education

Money raised from this campaign will help Lantern Hill to continue to support the education of children in Cañon Buena Vista by offering a tutoring program during the school year and a summer program. Our participants benefit from a safe, nurturing environment in which they can receive help with their homework and a nutritious lunch. Funds also help purchase uniforms and supplies needed for the upcoming school year. Help us make a difference! The kids in the Lantern Hill community are just like any other... except that, they were born to poor families, in a poor neighborhood, with little to no opportunity. Necessity often requires that kids leave school after 6th grade in order to help support their families. Lantern Hill is working to change this. The goal is simple: Create sustainable, measurable, long-term love, care and education programs that give the kids the opportunity to change their present and their future. You can be part of the solution! When you buy a t-shirt, the proceeds will directly support the education of kids involved in the program. By buying a t-shirt, you are helping these children achieve another year of education and take one more step towards breaking the chains of poverty.
