We can have the 2nd Amendment AND reasonable gun safety laws. Let's put our children's safety above nonsensical gun idol worship.
I have four children who attend elementary and middle schools here in the Triangle. They do active -shooter drills every month. The fact that this has become the “norm” is very wrong. All children deserve to be safe.
I’m a school teacher and want to support my students and fellow teachers. Enough is enough. We need to come up with a solution to save the lives of students and teachers and end gun violence.
