About this campaign
#TheTakeBack is a peace promoting 501 C3 organization geared towards the youth of Chicago’s South Side. Our annual back-to-school festival provides school supplies and a meal for more than 400 youth. Since 2014, we have provided more than 1,700 youth with resources to fuel active play, begin the school year prepared, and enjoy a day of peaceful fun in an encouraging environment.
This summer's festival will take place on Saturday, July 28th at Mandrake Park from 12P-4P. We will host more than 600 youth during active play.
