About this campaign
Pawsitive Perspectives Assistance Dogs (PawPADs) is an assistance dog training organization based out of Lakeville, Minnesota. PawPADs dogs are dual trained to assist someone with a physical disability or Type 1 Diabetes. Our unique mission focuses not only on the placement of an exceptionally skilled service dog, but also on how the training of our dogs can be utilized as an educational, therapeutic, and healing tool. Several of the programs dedicated to fulfilling our mission have allowed us to place assistance dogs while also changing the lives of inmates, youth-at-risk, veterans, and university students.
Tory, or Victory, is our ambassador dog. She has the important job of helping us teach the public about assistance dogs and all of the wonderful things they can do for their partner. In addition to helping us educate and advocate locally, Tory has also traveled to Mongolia to help create assistance dog awareness. The paw print featured on the shirt was created using Tory’s print.
Your support allows us to increase the number of program participants, and to train more assistance dogs, which will help fulfill the growing need for these life enhancing canines.

I am apart of the ADEPT internship at UW-River Falls and I have really enjoyed being apart of it. I’ve learned so much about the service dog industry and I want others to be able to have this experience too!
