I value compassion for all children and families.
I care about my community, and I want everyone in it to feel safe and supported.
We must do everything we can to stop this madness of separating families at the border. We must continue to speak out and support organizations that are working on the issues of immigration and family separation.
As a mandatory reporter of child abuse, (and just a human being!!)I am appalled. Family seperation and incarceration must stop.
I'm very opposed to everything the Trump administration is doing at the border. Hell, I'm very opposed to everything the Trump administration is doing, period!
I can't turn away from the tremendous need for helping immigrant children and parents be reunited -- and to prevent any ongoing incarceration of immigrants trying to come to our country just to survive.
