Help Support Marc Falco

Back in June of this year, Marc started feeling a sore throat. Not thinking much of it, Marc continued living life as usual. About six weeks later, his voice became scratchy and still sore so he went to visit a doctor. The doctor sent him home with anti-inflammatory steroids and allergy pills. After he finished the prescribed medicine, he was still feeling the same, so he went back to the doctor. After the second visit, his doctor referred him to an ENT (ear, nose and throat) Specialist. During the visit with the specialist, a throat scope was performed and the doctor saw a tumor. A week later a biopsy was taken and a week after that, Marc heard the devastating news. He has throat cancer. A week later, Marc underwent both a CAT scan and a PET scan to see what stage of cancer he is in and if and where the cancer may have spread. The good news of this terrible situation is that the cancer has not spread to any other parts of Marc's body as of the last scans. Therefore, Marc is preparing to drive himself 140 miles round trip to Wausau for radiation treatments 5 days a week for the next 7 weeks in addition to chemotherapy treatments once a week for 3 of those 7 weeks. Marc is facing a frightening and very tough battle. He could use all the support, love, and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for taking time to read his story.
