About this campaign

At Good Heart Farmstead we believe everyone deserves access to fresh, local organic food. That's why we're raising money for the NOFA-VT Farm Share Program, which helps us subsidize CSA shares for low-income Vermonters.

Through the Farm Share Program, low-income families can get local organic food at 50% off each growing season. Every dollar we raise is matched by NOFA-VT, which means your support is doubled!

Good Heart Farmstead is a certified organic vegetable, herb and flower farm in Worcester, VT, run by Edge Fuentes and Kate Spring.

Our mission is to grow healthy, whole foods and to make them available to people of all income levels, increasing the accessibility of local food to low-income Vermonters.

We've partnered with the NOFA-VT Farm Share Program to increase local organic food accessibility to low-income families. Through this program, we're able to subsidize CSA shares for low-income families throughout our community.

Here's how it works: For every dollar Good Heart Farmstead raises, NOFA-VT will match us, and the result allows us to offer CSA shares at 50% off to income-eligible Vermonters.

In 2018 alone, we've given $1,559.25 towards subsidized shares, and that's just for the summer! With the fall harvest season approaching, please help us raise money so we can continue offering subsidized shares to low-income community members. Everyone deserves access to fresh, healthy food, and your purchase of a Good Heart bag can help make it happen!
