My mother and I enjoy exercising/running and want bring awareness of what can happen in our small Iowa towns.

I am from a small town in Iowa and Mollie's death is just another reminder that we need to be vigilant and watch out for our own. See something, say something.

As a female runner Mollie’s death hits home. My heart breaks. We are all more aware now. Prayers for Mollie. prayers for the family.

Being an Iowa girl and a runner this hits close to home. It's heartbreaking, my thoughts are with her family and friends.

Mollie is the same age as many of my former students. I want them all to live full, productive lives.

I followed the search closely and it affected me deeply. I didn't know her but she reminded everybody of somebody they knew and loved.
