About this campaign

We’re so incredibly lucky to have made it out of Hurricane Michael without any major damage in Destin. However, our neighbors in PCB, Port St. Joe, and Mexico Beach weren’t as fortunate. To help aid hurricane relief out east we’ve designed a special edition "98 Love" tee. 100% of the proceeds from this shirt will go towards hurricane relief efforts on the Florida panhandle.

What happened?
Hurricane Michael made landfall near Mexico Beach, FL on Wednesday, October 10th. While our community was spared from the storm, our hearts go out to our neighbors out east who bore the brunt of it. Hurricane Michael was the first Category Four hurricane to make landfall on the Florida panhandle since record-keeping began in 1851. It was also the largest and strongest hurricane to hit the United States since Hurricane Andrew in 1992. The storm left PCB and the surrounding communities in absolute ruin.
Why "98 Love?"
Our brand is based around the scenic highway that runs through Destin, Scenic Gulf Drive, or as the locals call it, "Old 98." However, "New 98" connects us to PCB, Port St. Joe, and Mexico Beach. In order to raise the funds to provide hurricane relief to the affected areas, we are selling this unique special edition 98 Love Tee.
Where does the money go?
The people in the affected areas are in desperate need of supplies, so 100% of the proceeds will go towards food, toiletries, pet food, gas, and other necessary items. We are loading up a trailer and distributing it to those in need on the ground.

I lived in Port St Joe till I was five. My daddy worked at the paper mill. Every year for thirty years we went to Mexico Beach for a week. Everyone in our family came. I am heart broken, my little home town is devastated?

We spend our winters in the Florida panhandle. (Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, & Panama City Beach). We are crushed to see the devastation Michael left behind in the area that has become our home away from home. Our hearts are with you!

My family vacationed in Cape San Blas and fell in love with the forgotten coast. I am saddened by the devastation that Hurricane Michael caused. And they need all the relief help they can get.
