About this campaign

As someone who wasn't exposed to computer science until much later in life, I want to put all the publicity around my latest Twitter drama to good use. Buy a t-shirt, support Girls Who Code- its that simple. You can learn more about Girls Who Code here: https://girlswhocode.com/

Hi, I'm Chloe! Last week, I dealt with some pretty insane twitter drama, and an image of me giving a thumbs-up in a room full of men at a tech conference made the rounds on the internet again (more on why here: https://mashable.com/article/chloe-condon-tee-medlin-twitter-harassment-tech/#GY99NAkBgZqa). I'd love to capitalize on the popularity of this image by giving to Girls Who Code with the proceeds from this fundraiser. You get a Chloe in your pocket, and girls learn how to code: It's a win-win!

We all benefit from diversity of thought and experience - most especially in the realm of "knowledge work" (such as programming). As we build algorithms that shape our world, this diversity will become critical for maintaining humanity in our code.

For bathroom line equality. I joke. I love the idea and always want an even playing field no matter what gender, race, or background you come from.

Gender bias in tech is THE biggest problem in the industry right now and that is getting worse as tech becomes all pervasive and concentrated in the hands of the entitled few.
