We need your support! Help the Hospice Promise Foundation continue its mission to assist patients and families with essential, non-hospice related expenses they are unable to afford. During our fundraiser, you can purchase T-shirts featuring Linda Dill’s, Occupational Therapy Assistant at Blackstone Home Care in Moraine, Ohio, winning design – “Heart with Hands.” Our goal is to sell 1,500 shirts!

My husband passed away in March of 2017 after 32 years of marriage. Hospice played an integral part in helping my family through this difficult time but most of all allowed my husband to pass with dignity and ease him peacefully through his passing.
