About this campaign

As Alaskans, we are fortunate to live in a place where we can experience nature on a daily basis. Whether you see Denali for the millionth time, watch a moose feasting on foliage, or see an orca dance on the water, Alaska’s creatures give us a love for the wild and free. Our unique relationship with the brown bears of McNeil River is a treasure we have only in Alaska. Close encounters with bears change us, allow us to understand on a deeper level the importance of these powerfully immense creatures, and the simple, but profound and awe-inspiring lives their lead. A gift this precious should be shared, preserved, and never compromised as it provides inspiration and fuel for the adventurous spirit.
