About this campaign
Did you know Backcountry Horsemen of California is a non-profit organization? Your support will allow us to fund educational materials, supplies for trail and campsite maintenance projects, general overhead of running our organization (Insurance, CPA, website, etc.) and more. Basically, our volunteers can continue to keep up their good work!
Did you know Backcountry Horsemen of California is a non-profit organization? Our volunteers work hard to provide education about Leave No Trace outdoor ethics, trail maintenance and safety, packing and other backcountry skills. We also dedicate our free time doing trail and campsite maintenance on our public lands, often packing in materials on horses or mules. We advocate for keeping public lands open to equestrian use. We work with public agencies, often supporting them and adding value to publicly funded projects. Some projects are fully funded by volunteers and/or Backcountry Horsemen of California.
Your support will allow us to fund educational materials, supplies for trail work, general overhead of running our organization (Insurance, CPA, website, etc.) and more.
