About this campaign
Peppertree Rescue's Candace arrived from South Carolina having been hit by a car and picked up as a stray. While we hoped to save her leg, a consult with a specialist showed it is best to amputate and let her get back to being a puppy. Surgery is planned for April 27th and this joyful, silly girl is on her way to an unencumbered life. Buying a shirt will help us get her there as surgery will cost over $3,000.
Peppertree Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 in the Capital Region of NY, dedicated to helping Golden Retrievers and dogs of Golden temperament. Any funds raised in addition to what is needed for Candace's surgery will go towards helping other dogs in program.
