The tragedy of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected small businesses across the world.

Mountain Harmony Yoga has become an important community space in Southern Colorado that promotes health, wellness, connection, and tools to support you in developing balance for your journey. Mountain Harmony was required to suspend live teachings during social distancing in Colorado for an indefinite period of time.

Studio owner and the graduating class of Yoga Teacher Trainers have been providing free daily yoga classes via zoom to support our community and friends during this trying time. However, our income has virtually been frozen during this closure.
