It makes me sad that we are killing off yet another species.
I've been following the fate of the vaquita for years. I used to work on the Salton Sea Restoration Program, for which solutions affected the terrain and environment all the way to the Sea of Cortez.
Because extinction is for mean peoole.

The vaquita is the most endangered cetacean in the world...critically endangered. There’s as little as 10 left. 10. We need to do something...anything we can to save them...before it’s too late.
