About this campaign

All proceeds of the shirts go directly to shared team gear and rescue equipment to be used for years to come. This is a 100% volunteer team that uses their own time and resources. Sometimes the equipment is too expensive for a personal budget, so the non-profit purchases it with fundraised money.

We would like to thank all that have supported us throughout the years. The Washoe County Sheriff’s Hasty Team is a 501(c)3 non-profit made up of volunteer rescue technicians and is celebrating its 50 year anniversary this year!

Our volunteers respond 24/7, 365 days a year. No matter what the situation, we will answer the call. In 2020 our volunteers have responded to 115 missions and have spent a total 7,735 volunteer hours on these missions, saving the taxpayers of Washoe County $486,537.25! We are currently in need of replacement safety equipment and we’re seeking help from the community for these purchases.

Our current rescue gear funding need is around $250,000 and all t-shirt proceeds goes towards this recovery equipment. Donations are always appreciated too!
