OUR STORY

If 2020 taught us anything, it is that we’re stronger together. So, we want to send out hope messages and remind those of how much we care. Our MEMBERstrong will look a little different this year. Usually, our fantastic t-shirts are available to members only and for free. This year, we want to help raise money for some local charities severely overworked recently. 100% of the proceeds divided equally. So, special order your special shirt & help some worthy causes, with just a $15 donation.


Thelma Joyce Alsup—a hard-working employee in the Harris County Sheriff’s department—established Harris County Federal Credit Union in 1951 with the commitment of providing affordable loans with reasonable interest rates for all county employees. As a credit union, we are built on the foundation of a simple task – people helping people. We will be covering a majority of the cost to ensure that your $15 is divided among our charitable causes.
