I'm supporting this campaign because what has been brought to light is horrible. Everyone should feel safe at work, no matter their sex, race, etc. The craft beer community is a great one & I believe that it will get better through active change.
I support this campaign because I am a woman working in the beer industry and I stand with my fellow woman and marginalized humans that have experienced racism, sexism and exclusion in the work place. It’s never been ok and it never will be ok.
I read the stories. Every single one of them. And even added my own. And they are all harrowing examples of why we can’t just assume this industry is 99% asshole free.
