About this campaign
Hi my name is Sally Derbes. David Moeykens battled Glioblastoma for 19 months and two days. He sadly passed away June 6, 2021. David was a fellow classmate of mine who I grew up with. He was always so happy and knew exactly what to say to make someone smile. David was a beautiful soul who was too good for this world. Childhood brain cancer foundations need funding to be able to help find a cure for this awful disease. We need your help to help fund research and to remember and honor David. Information about the Walk for David will be released soon. With help from Johnny Violissi, Mya D’Antonio, Sunni Derbes, Greg Fennel, and Timmy Kelly. Thank you all for your kindness

David was the sweetest soul. I remember playing football in his backyard like it was yesterday. He will be our guardian angels throughout our lives and will carry on his legacy forever. I miss you David and I wish I could visit you in heaven
David was always the sweetest kid ever since kindergarten. May he rest in peace❤️
David Moeykens was a life long friend. This kid has done nothing but spread positivity his whole life. I know this cause does not have enough funding for what it needs. People like David should still be walking around today.
