About this campaign
This fundraiser was started as a competition between two Peoria IL fan bases to see who could raise the most money.
The two Peoria IL fan bases created by the Cards/Cubs rivalry is fun, but contentious. BUT, they will come together for a good cause. Brady, his mom, and his dad have been involved with multiple fundraisers for multiple functions for the past 22 years (Brady turned 22 in July, 2021). Now, THEY need a little fundraising to get Brady from heart and liver transplants to employment. Brady graduated from Eureka College in May, 2021. Anyway, ......
Brady is a cards fan. Dad (Greg) is a cubs fan. And they both enjoy golf and the last time each of them golfed, they golfed together on December 29, 2020 at Disney World. Brady was placed on the double transplant list on January 6, 2021.
Brady got approval from his doctors to golf in Greg's Fantasy Football Pre-Draft Golf Outing on August 28, 2021. Greg has golfed in the event each year since it started 10+ years ago and Brady has joined him in the last two and we want to keep the streak going. The fundraiser shirts come in both STL powder blue and CHI royal blue and will debut at this years event, which will be held at Coyote Creek Golf Club in Bartonville, IL.
Coyote Creek was Brady's high school course and he worked there multiple years during high school and college.
Brady is a much better golfer than Dad, in a much shorter time, and Dad is ok with that.
