Stamina Racing's Give to the Max Day Fundraiser

About this campaign

To sustain the sport of cycling, we need to create a home for those who haven't historically been seen, heard, or actively supported in the cycling community. Stamina Racing Collective emerged in July 2020 to create that home. We are a group of riders working toward one common objective: a more diverse peloton. We are bold, we are committed, we are passionate, we are fiercely supportive of one another, and we are here to change the narrative of cycling.

The funds from these sales will be going toward a donation in Adé’s memory that would have been meaningful to him.

Special note: This t-shirt was designed by Adé Hogue this summer. Adé was hit and killed by a motor vehicle while biking home this fall. We wish he could have seen his designs come to life and we remain grateful for the time he spent directing his energy and talent toward this work.

Edited to add: This design was created by Adé this summer for our team to use for our fall fundraiser. We have $500 set aside in our 2022 budget that will go directly to a charitable contribution. This is the stipend we tried to pay him, and he asked that we instead put it toward a cause we believed in. Funds from this t-shirt will also go to that cause. That cause will be identified in partnership with the Chicago cycling community. Proceeds from the other sources of our fundraiser will go toward: community rides for Femme/Trans/Women riders, BIPOC affinity rides, our ride bright program (free lights, locks, helmets, and bike maintenance classes for BIPOC cyclists), our starting line program (couch to crit training for women and gender diverse cyclists), and supporting our new riders and BIPOC team members with start up costs.
