About this campaign

Yoga For Recovery Foundation believes that yoga and mindfulness are tools that aid in trauma and addiction recovery. This fundraiser will provide scholarships for Yoga Trainings, Immersions and classes for those who do not have financial access to yoga.

The mind can be a means of liberation or a barrier to liberation. Yoga gives us the tools to make the mind into a liberatory instrument. YFR Foundation helps remove financial barriers to yoga through scholarships for classes, immersions and Yoga Teacher Trainings.
