About this campaign

For those that don't know, the local mascot of Uvalde is the coyote. Symbolizing playfulness as well as cleverness, the coyote also represents adaptability. The people of Uvalde are adaptable and strong, no matter what comes their way. But right now, we are hurting.

Our goal is to raise money to support all the families of Robb Elementary by donating to our local bank branch, the First State Bank of Uvalde who has created a fund for the victims and their families.

Hi world, our names are Lari & Krissy. We were both born & raised in Uvalde, TX. Now living in Los Angeles and working in the design industry, we wanted to use our talents to help support our hometown in this tragic time. Both of our families still live in Uvalde and we both go back often to spend time there. From the best breakfast tacos to the most amazing summers spent floating on the river, we both hold many beautiful memories of Uvalde in our hearts.

We have many ties to Robb Elementary. Lari is a former Robb student. Our families work & attend this school. This is not just another news story for us. This is OUR community. We are devastated for what our family, friends, and neighbors are enduring right now and wanted to find a small way to give back from afar.

I work for FD in El Paso. I know the pain the community feels after a tragedy like this. I send prayers up to everyone there. It’s a long road. Be strong, Uvalde.

I’m a retired elementary school teacher, who would have done anything I could have to save my students, except arm myself with a gun.

I grew up in Uvalde and went to Robb Elementary in the 1970s. Even though I no longer live there, my hometown is always in my heart! #alwaysacoyote
