About this campaign
The proceeds from the 2022 Military Suicide Awareness T-Shirt will be designated to help Working Dogs for Vets build a Chow Hall for disabled Heroes and Gold Star Families from across the country who are training their service animals in Lawrenceburg, TN.
This building will help feed the body and soul of these heroes by offering a hot meal and the opportunity to share stories, laughter, and a few tears with their brothers and sisters in arms.

I lost my son to PTSD and want to show my support in this area to ensure people are made aware that no matter how our sons and daughters died they were and are heroes.
I truly support bringing awareness to the tragic number of 22 veteran suicides a day. Our Indian River Chapter holds an annual Walk-A-Thon with proceeds funding PTSD Recovery and Support Groups facilitated by veterans in our county.

As a Gold Star mother, I've encountered dozens of other Gold Star mothers who have lost their child to suicide. The numbers are both staggering and unconscionable, and wholly unacceptable. How many of those losses were preventable? Enough is enough.
