Lower 9 Festival 2022 - Limited Edition

The Lower 9th Ward Homeownership Association: Founded in 2006 to address the needs of Lower 9th Ward residents trying to return home after the levees failed, the Lower 9th Ward Homeownership Association (L9WHA) is a grassroots organization whose mission is the preservation and creation of homeownership and the resident-driven revitalization of our historic community. The L9WHA sought to create the Lower 9 Fest to connect community members with needed resources while enjoying an afternoon of live music and food right here in our neighborhood.
