Libraries are windows into different worldviews and experiences and mirrors to better understand your own. We need diverse books for all ages to achieve that end. Librarians and library workers are the guardians of Intellectual Freedom!
Libraries and most notably, Librarians are important and are perfectly capable of making the right decisions without help from a legislature that knows nothing about library procedures.
Because everyone should have access to information and banning books is banning access to knowledge.
