Public radio is so crucial!!
WKCR is an original and has many successes despite it operating separate from the University - which is a pity. and for whatever reason is ridiculous. The university should partially support KCR. KCR is the oldest FM station in the USA.
I love this yearly deep immersion into Bach’s music. For one week there is a sustained sense of peace, order, harmony, passion, humanity, & divinity to this world. Thank you, WKCR!
