I took have peripheral neuropathy now for 13 years. It's the most miserable debilitating medical problem I have. The pain is very hard to believe for others around us. It Rob's us of the life we had before of PN.
I've had Peripheral Neuropathy for 15 years, a very frustrating condition. No one seems to understand what is happening to us and how to make this more bearable.
We're got to find a cure for this debilitating disease.
I was diagnosed with both Poly Neuropathy and NF1 over 6 years ago. The discomforting buzzing/pricking has gotten worse. I keep trying different meds and or combinations but so far only occasional relief.
My husband has PN due to a blood disorder, IgM-MGUS. It's certainly a challenge to find root causes and design treatment with rare disorders.
I have Small Fiber Neuropathy with Dysautomonia and would like to increase awareness of this condition to both Healthcare practitioners and the general public. Most doctors have very little understanding of the body wide havoc this condition causes.
