About this campaign

HONORING THE FALLEN: AE 122 & AE 158 Memorial In/Person & Virtual Run

Join us as we pay tribute to the fallen crew members of Air Evac 122 in Weatherford, OK and Air Evac Lifeteam 158 in Seminole, OK.

We will honor Pilot Russell Haslam, Flight Nurse Adam Tebben, and Flight Medic Steven Fitzgerald of N295AE during this special 1-mile walk/run event.

Take part on April 20th, 2024 at 1100 hours at AE 122’s Hangar, located at 3705 E. Main St. Weatherford, OK 73096.

Can't make it in person? Join us virtually for the run.

Let's come together as a community to support and heal the families of the fallen heroes.

Important Information:

Date: Scheduled for April 20th, 2024 at 11:00 AM
Location: AE 122’s Hangar, located at 3705 E. Main St., Weatherford, OK 73096
Participation Choices: Join us in person or virtually
Cost: $25/ per participant
Sponsorship: We have sponsorships available, please see the sponsors section below
Food will be provided: Registered event participants will enjoy a complimentary lunch exclusive to them. Spectators interested in joining the luncheon can register separately as a spectator. Parking: Signage will be available to guide participants to designated parking areas.
Post-Run: After the run, participants can enjoy a variety of activities including a complimentary lunch and other family-friendly entertainment.
