This fundraiser is about raising awareness for Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis while raising funds for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America to invest in research and current IBD patient support and programs. Hi, my name is Aniah Mohring. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease when I was 12 years old, without ever hearing of it or knowing what it was. My diagnosis was terrifying and something that took me a long time to accept. My battle with Crohn’s disease has been anything than easy. Through the countless hospital visits, debilitating symptoms, grief, sleepless nights, and tears I’ve shed,I can say I have become one tough cookie! I have not heat reached remission, but I will also not stop fighting until I do! That’s why I’m Taking Steps to Aniahiliate Crohn’s & Colitis!
