About this campaign

100% of the proceeds that arrive to Dustups will be applied towards digging a water well on the ranch. The total project could cost up to $40,000. Every t-shirt sold helps make the well possible. Even though that number is scary, just remember - you eat the elephant one bite at a time.

My name is Shaun Overton and I'm building a desert forest on 320 acres of west Texas desert. I want to build a sustainable food forest that maximizes the potential of land that the rest of humanity saw as nearly worthless.

Shaun, I truly admire the work you’re doing. I would love to someday come out and help on the ranch, but for now I can support by buying a nice clean, powerful shirt. Green the desert. A literal and metaphorical message that I love. Respect brother!

Been watching from OK these past 2 years. Thanks for letting us live vicariously through your project. Would love to make it down for a volunteer event next year.

I believe permaculture is the only hope for reducing desertification. Anything we can do to hold water in the soil and grow green things benefits the surrounding environment and also helps those downstream. Hoping and praying more people will join in

Watched from the start. Love it!
