About this campaign

April 23rd-25th I will be attending the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)'s national conference which is comprised of various occupational therapy professionals who gather to share and learn about new evidence based practice within our profession as well as get the opportunity to share experience and knowledge. At this year's conference, my research team has been nominated to speak about our project on Medicare and different insurance payors. Myself and Megan Dishon, another fellow classmate and researcher, will be presenting on our findings at conference and actually has been one of the few groups selected be key note speakers.

IMG_5345jpgHello,

My name is Kayleigh O'Neal and I am a third year occupational therapy student at the University of Indianapolis graduating in May 2026. My research group was nominated to speak on our project concerning Medicare at the American Occupational Therapy Association conference. It is an honor to be invited to speak as a student at this conference and the implications of different insurance types on patient recovery. To celebrate my birthday, it would be a hope that you would buy a crewneck to help support my trip to Anaheim, California, among other fees included with the conference. If you don't want a sweatshirt, you can always just donate to this page! I appreciate all funds to help me further my career and education! Consider this an early birthday gift to me! Thank you so much in advance!
