About this campaign

In November, we found out that Addie had a mass in her brain called an optic pathway glioma. The plan was to monitor it every three months until she turned two, and then start treatment. This past scan in February showed that the mass grew at least 2 mm in each direction. Her oncologist decided it was best to start treatment soon.

In the next few weeks, she will go in to have it biopsied to determine whether it is a targetable tumor. If it is targetable, she will take an oral dissolvable medication for targeted therapy. If it is not targetable, we will move forward with chemotherapy for treatment.

We truly appreciate all of the support as we navigate this difficult time.
