Support Magnolia Anne – Pierre Robin Sequence Awareness

Our daughter Magnolia Anne was born with Pierre Robin Sequence (PRS), a condition that affects the development of the jaw and can cause serious airway and breathing challenges. Because her lower jaw is small and set back, Magnolia has struggled with maintaining a stable airway since birth.

Magnolia recently underwent mandibular distraction surgery, a procedure that slowly moves the jaw forward to help create more space for her airway and improve her ability to breathe. She is currently still in the hospital requiring close monitoring and respiratory support while her little body heals.

Even once Magnolia recovers from this surgery, she will still need another procedure in about 60–70 days to remove the distraction devices, so we know this journey is far from over.

So many people have asked how they can support Magnolia during this time, so we created Magnolia awareness shirts. The shirts are robin egg blue, which represents Pierre Robin Sequence awareness, and include Magnolia’s name so that every shirt worn helps spread awareness for children born with PRS.

Our hope is that when everyone receives their shirts, we can all wear robin egg blue together to show Magnolia that she is surrounded by love, prayer, and a community cheering her on.
