Team Heidi: No One Fights Alone. Cervivor Strong!

Heidi was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer in April 2026. After months of symptoms, emergency room visits, scans, biopsies, and finally having a port placed, she has now begun chemotherapy. Her tumor is large and has spread to her lymph nodes. While it isn’t curable, her doctors are focused on treatment that can help manage the cancer and give her more time and comfort.

The road to diagnosis has been exhausting — a blur of MRIs, PET scans, specialist appointments, and long days in the infusion center. Her chemo treatments last many hours, and she will continue receiving them every three weeks. The side effects can range from mild to difficult, and she is taking everything one step at a time.

On top of the physical and emotional toll, Heidi has had no downtime from her job, which has added significant stress during an already overwhelming time. Her landlord also recently raised her rent, creating an additional financial strain right as she begins treatment.

Through all of this, Heidi has been surrounded by a strong circle of family and loved ones who have stepped in to help with appointments, organization, emotional support, and day‑to‑day needs. Their care has meant everything to her, and she continues to face each step with their encouragement behind her.

This fundraiser is a way for friends, family, and community to help ease the financial burden — medical costs, travel, lost income, and the rising cost of simply keeping a home. Every shirt purchased and every donation helps lighten the load so Heidi can focus on treatment and healing.
