All proceeds from the National Dysphagia Awareness Month t-shirt campaign directly support the National Foundation of Swallowing Disorders (NFOSD). Our mission to improve the lives of individuals living with dysphagia.

Funds help us expand patient education, support groups, caregiver resources, advocacy efforts, and awareness initiatives throughout the year.

Each purchase is a meaningful way to help raise visibility for swallowing disorders while supporting a nonprofit dedicated to education and community connection.

Together, we can raise awareness — and wear it proudly.

The National Foundation of Swallowing Disorders was founded to give voice, visibility, and support to the millions of people living with dysphagia. Swallowing disorders can be isolating and often misunderstood, yet they affect every aspect of life—from nutrition and safety to social connection and emotional well-being.

The NFOSD exists to change that experience. We provide education, patient and caregiver support, professional resources, and national awareness initiatives that help bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers.

What began as a small effort to connect patients has grown into a national community of individuals, clinicians, researchers, and advocates committed to improving care and quality of life for those impacted by dysphagia.
