About this campaign

We are trying to raise money to support the I Am UU project and maybe even send our founder to Seminary. First, we need to see if we can raise support to keep the project running, then to see if we can help cover Thomas' tuition gap.

The I Am UU project has been making Unitarian Universalism visible on Social Media for 16 years, and Thomas has done most of the work to make that possible. In that time, Thomas has also become a DRE, taken over 100 hours of UUA classes, and gotten an undergraduate degree that includes certificates in Volunteer and Community Resource Management and Conflict Resolution.


Now, Thomas has been accepted to a program to get their Masters of Divinity in UU Studies and Social Transformation. Seminary is both time-intensive and expensive, making it difficult to do while working full-time. We are hoping to not only cover the cost of the classes, but covering some of the cost of living so Thomas can work part-time (or less?) while in classes.
