About this campaign

The Barron Foundation is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit working on family court reform and protective-parent advocacy.

Proceeds support that work, including Family Court Awareness Month.

Questions? Email info@barron-foundation.org or call 478-227-6393.

Every November is Family Court Awareness Month.

It exists because of a number most people have never heard: roughly 58,000 children a year are ordered into unsupervised contact with a parent they are afraid of. That is not a statistic about strangers. It is happening in courthouses in your county, decided by people who believe they are protecting children.

The Barron Foundation works on family court reform and stands with protective parents navigating a system that too often does not hear them. Family Court Awareness Month has now been recognized in hundreds of cities, counties and states — including 2026 proclamations naming November 18 as Hot Pink Day.

This shirt is how the month becomes visible. The front says FCAM. The back says Every Child Deserves A Safe Parent. Worn in a school pickup line, a waiting room, a grocery aisle, a courthouse hallway, it is a question someone has to answer — and that conversation is the entire point.

Order one. Wear it on November 1. Wear it on November 18 when all of us wear it at once. Then tag us, because your face and your voice are what turn a month on a calendar into something people notice.

Still, we rise.

I want everyone to know how cruel and unfair the court system is in the United States of America where family law is concerned. I am supporting my beloved friends whose daughter was taken from them in a brutally unfair manner.

Judges should be held accountable for hurting children. They should have to answer for their ignorance & blatant manipulation of the system. Ruining lives of innocent children should be against the law!

Family court, as it is now, causes too much harm. Reforms need to happen.
