About this campaign

Baker has faced some tough challenges his first couple months of life. He was diagnosed with a type 3 laryngeal cleft, and has already faced multiple surgeries and procedures along with a long hospital stay.
We do not know an exact timeline, but we at least know the next few years holds more surgery’s, life with a tracheostomy, and a G-Tube. If you would

Baker Ray was born on July 3rd 2027. When he was born he was struggling to breathe so he was immediately taken to the NICU. Later that night they transferred him to the NICU at Children’s Birmingham where he has been ever since. On July 22nd they discovered he had an extremely rare condition called a type 3 laryngeal cleft, and they did surgery on August 4th to correct it. He seems to be getting better and stronger but still had trouble keeping his airway open so he had a tracheotomy and GTube surgery on August 25th. He’s the toughest little boy, and has faced a lot of challenges so far, and has many more to come, but we are faithful that God will bring him through all of this!
