About this campaign

On February 5th 2014 one of Taylor County's finest, Deputy Robert Lundy, was wounded during a shooting incident at a local dealership. He is in critical care and it will be a long road to recovery.

Robert is a deputy sheriff in Taylor County; he's been with the local agency since 2004. His wife Kelly says all this attention wouldn't mesh well with his humble spirit; I know from working with him for the last couple of years that there couldn't be a more true statement. It is an honor for everyone that works with him to support him and his family during this tragic time and we are glad to have the privilege. All of our boys and girls have been to Handlin' School but Robert is now a graduate of Handlin' University with an honorary doctorate in HANDLIN' IT. I know he'll be glad that I stopped with just a T-shirt and didn't go full blown Billboard like I wanted to...TEAM LUNDY!

I know Kelly through work. We both work for DOH-Taylor County. My husband was in law enforcement for 30 years and I know that this is a law enfocement wife's worst nightmare. I pray for their family and my husband and I want to help in any way we can.
