About this campaign

Animal Care Society (ACS) was founded in 1984 and is a privately funded, 501c (3) non-profit no-kill adoption agency for dogs and cats.

The Animal Care Society's prime purpose is to find new, caring homes for pets whose owners can no longer give them the love or care they need. We provide a "home away from home" atmosphere and access to medical care. Because our space is limited and we do not practice euthanasia, a pet's age, temperament, and health are factors we must assess before taking in any pet.

We firmly believe in giving an animal in need a forever home through adoption. Our Ragdolls, Molli and Kali came from ACS in 2004. We love them to bits! Our former vet, Dr. Hickey believed so much in ACS so we purchase to honor his memory too.
