About this campaign

Xavier will be headed back to CHOP late summer for his fontan surgery.  Please purchase a t-shirt to show him your support, raise awareness for HLHS and help with hospital costs.  WE LOVE TEAM XAVIER!!

Xavier Ross was born in 2011 with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.  HLHS is a congenital heart defect which requires surgical intervention.  Xavier has already had three open heart surgeries and a pacemaker surgery.  He will be going back to CHOP late summer for another surgery.
