Survivors of Institutional Abuse (SIA) is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to empower and aid in the healing of adults who have been subject to abuse in private or government institution, residential treatment centers, detention centers or foster care. SIA hosts a yearly convention, This year our convention is in New York City. We hope that you will join us! The theme is Educate. Motivate. Demonstrate. In 2014, the SIA Convention will take momentum from the March on Washington DC straight to Time Square in NYC! The capital of global media to educate the world about Survivors of Institutional Abuse.
