About this campaign
M2E needs your help to support victims of gender inequity, human trafficking and extreme poverty. Using fitness as an empowerment tool, M2E strengthens individuals and communities-- physically, mentally and economically. Proceeds from shirt sales will help in-country M2E staff to expand local programs, help to train and license new candidates in fitness, and expand curricula on mindfulness, nutrition and women's health. And much more. This is part of our Take One/Teach One project, which helps survivors like Taniya.
Move to Empower emboldens children and empowers women through the benefits of health and fitness in underserved communities around the world.
