Mount Royal Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration 2026

Mount Royal Elementary Middle School serves a diverse community of students and families, and we are excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 through October 15 this school year. This event will give students the opportunity to learn about different Hispanic countries, traditions, music, food, history, and cultures in a fun and meaningful way.

Our goal is to create an interactive experience with country tables, student passport activities, cultural displays, performances, decorations, and family engagement activities that make every student feel welcomed and represented.

Funds raised will help provide: • Cultural decorations and supplies • Student activity materials and passport books • Food and refreshments • Music and entertainment • Table displays representing different countries • Event shirts and materials for volunteers and staff

This celebration is more than just an event — it is a way to bring our school community together, celebrate diversity, and help students feel proud of their culture and heritage.
