Move That Lymph was created in 2017 by Lymphie Strong because moving in any form is highly beneficial to the management of lymphedema. It’s a reminder to get moving, stay moving and commit to your lymphatic health by doing something active, every day, for at least 10 minutes. Today it has spread worldwide across the lymphatic community.
