About this campaign

On October 17, 2015 I will be participating in the Atlanta NF Walk to raise awareness and research funds for the Children’s Tumor Foundation, an organization whose mission is to end neurofibromatosis (NF). I hope that by selling these shirts it will raiseadditionalfunds to put towards the walk this year!

NF causes tumors to grow throughout the body and can lead to blindness, bone abnormalities, cancer, deafness, disfigurement, and learning disabilities.
Your support will bring us one step closer to ending NF.

For those of you who don't know me my name is Mariel Story and neurofibromatosis or NF has profoundly impacted my life. About four years ago the NF symptoms started to affect my life and December will mark the three-year mark that I was diagnosed with NF. It certainly has not been an easy journey so far I have struggled on and off through the past few years. It definitely took some time for me to make peace with having NF. I am so very blessed to have my faith, my family, my friends, and most importantly God when times have been tough over the years. They have always been there to support me whenever I needed it. Now I want to help support others as well with the Children's NF walk and raisingawarenessfor NF!
