About this campaign

Every day, police, military, and search-and-rescue K9s face dangerous situations to keep our communities safe. When these heroes are injured, our paramedics must be ready. We are preparing to educate nearly 1,200 paramedics across northern Nevada to deliver advanced, lifesaving care—but to do it right, we need a high-fidelity K9 training mannequin. Your support will help protect the dogs who protect all of us. Please join us in meeting this critical need.

Nevada Operational Canine Medical Group is a nonprofit dedicated to protecting the lives of police, military, and search and rescue dogs injured in the line of duty. Founded by local firefighter-paramedics and an emergency medicine veterinarian, we bridge the gap in life-saving medical care for operational canines through advanced medical training, protocols, and supplying life-saving equipment. Our mission: to ensure every working dog has the best chance to come home safely.
