About this campaign

Purchase a NW Fire Velo tee shirt and baseball hat to spread the word of firefighters cycling to raise funds for Veteran and First Responder charities honoring those who sacrifice for our freedoms and our safety.

Firefighters bicycling for Veterans and First Responders.

Northwest Fire Velo, a fire department-based cycling organization, is a nonprofit organization of Northwest United States professional and retired IAFF firefighters. We cycle for small and large events.

Last year, for our first major cycling event, a dozen firefighters started a 21-day bicycle ride. This cycling event covered approximately 1,600 miles, over 70,000 feet of climbing and pass through 5 states with stops at numerous fire departments. Riders arrived in Colorado Springs on September 20th in time for the annual International Association of Firefighters Fallen Firefighter Memorial services on September 21st, 2019. Money raised benefited the Gary Sinise Foundation’s RISE program.

We can't expect every one else to do all the work. We ourselves need to display the products supporting or cause.
